Тoday I will talk about the problems that travelers face.

Travel can be an essential part of an overseas business, when it is necessary to establish good face-to-face relations with foreign clients. The fastest way to travel is by plane. Such trips have the shortest lengs of time to destination.

However, Travelers face many challenges traveling by air. This can be flight delays or cancellation, which are very annoying to passengers. It also often happens overbooking of seats, when more seats are booked than they actually are. Therefore, travelers cannot fly away due to lack of seats, and they have to wait for the next flight.

Most travelers choose economy class flights as they have an affordable price. Passengers traveling in economy class often have to deal with queues at check-in. The small leg room is also inconvenient. The in-flight service in Economy Class is not as good as in Business Class. Sometimes the air carrier does not even provide food and drinks, and this is frustration for passengers.

Paramount importance is the safety of passengers on board. When choosing an airline, reliability is an important criterion, as there is always a risk of an emergency. Each plane is equipped with oxygen masks and life vest. This will help to cope with emergencies on the board.

Путешествия могут являться неотъемлемой частью (an essential part) заграничного бизнеса, когда нужно установить (to establish good face-to-face relations) хорошие отношения с иноcтранными клиентами. Самым быстрым способом передвижения является самолет. Такие путешествия имеют наименьшую длительность (lengs of time).

Однако путешественники face many challenges travelling by air.  Это может быть задержка или отмена рейса (flight delays or concelation), которые очень раздражают пассажиров. Кроме того, очень часто происходит (Overbooking of seats) бронирование большего количества мест, чем есть на самом деле. По этой причине путешественники лишаются возможности улететь из-за недостатка мест, и им приходится ждать следующего рейса.

Большинство путешественников выбирают полёты эконом-класса, так как они имеют доступную цену (affordable price). Пассажирам, путешествующим эконом-классом часто приходится сталкиваться с очередями на регистрацию (Queues at check-in). Неудобство также доставляет маленькое пространство для ног (Leg room). Обслуживание во время полёта (in-flight service) эконом-классом не такое хорошее, как при полете бизнес-классом. Иногда авиаперевозчик не предоставляет даже еду и напитки, и это разочаровывает (frustration) пассажиров.
