From the very beginning, we decided to look at the statistics on the Internet. We visited more than 20 sites, where we calculated statistics on average. It turned out that on average, 38 million people search for recipes in Yandex and Google for a month, and 4 million people search for food delivery. Restaurants that deliver ready-made food offer us to eat from 400 to 1000 rubles a day. This usually includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Is it too much or too little? Cooking on your own, of course, in the economy and household segment of the dish is much cheaper than ordering ready-made food. However, not everyone is willing to sacrifice their time for cooking. — с самого начала мы решили посмотреть статистику в Интернете. Мы посетили более 20 сайтов, где в среднем подсчитывали статистику. Оказалось, что в среднем за месяц в Яндексе и в Google рецепты ищут 38 миллионов человек, доставку еды 4 миллиона человек. Рестораны, которые доставляют готовую еду, предлагают нам есть от 400 до 1000 рублей в день. Как правило, это включает в себя завтрак, обед и ужин. Это слишком много или слишком мало? Готовить самостоятельно, конечно, в эконом-и бытовом сегменте блюда гораздо дешевле, чем заказывать готовую еду. Однако не все готовы жертвовать своим временем на приготовление пищи.

7. Experiment- Эксперимент.

From this Monday, I started preparing breakfast for myself every morning. It was the most terrible four days, as I used to wake up an hour before departure and I always have a bad mood in the morning, here I had to get up thirty minutes earlier. On the first day, I made a sandwich with avocado, cucumber and fish. Then it came to me to go in the evening for vegetables, so that the next morning I could make a salad. On the third day I made scrambled eggs, on the fourth day I made scrambled eggs with bread. — c этого понедельника я начал каждое утро готовить для себя завтраки. Это были самые ужасные четыре дня, так как я привык просыпаться за час до выезда и у меня всегда плохое настроение утром, здесь мне приходилось вставать на тридцать минут раньше. В первый день я приготовил бутерброд с авокадо, огурцом и рыбой. Дальше мне пришло заходить вечером за овощами, чтобы на следующее утро сделать салат. На третий день я приготовил яичницу, на четвертый день сделал яичницу с хлебом.
