Case № 1.  1) Read and translate the Contract.

Contract № 32-1

Moscow                                                                        June 7th,2020

Foreign trade company Chemical, Moscow, hereinafter referred to (именуемая в дальнейшем) as the Sellers, on the one part, and Messrs. Petro Co, hereinafter referred to as the Buyers, on the other part, have concluded the present Сontract for  the following :

1. The Sellers have sold and the Buyers have bought on CIF terms 5000 kgs. of Сhemical ST to be delivered in the third quarter of 2020. The Сhemical ST are to be packed in plastic bags.
2. The price is 175 English pounds sterling per kilo CIF Liverpool. The total value of the Contract is 875,000.00 English pound sterling.
3. The date of the Bill of Lading issued in the name of the Buyers is to be considered the date of delivery.
4. Payment for the goods delivered under the present Contract is to be made  through the United Bank, Liverpool by a letter of credit (аккредитив) upon presentation of  under mentioned documents:

1. Seller’s Commercial Invoice
2. Full set of clean on board  Bills of Lading.
3. Inspection Certificate issued  by independent and recognized (независимой и известной) laboratory.
4. Weight List issued by the recognized company.
5. Certificate of Origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Торгово-промышленная палата).
6. Insurance Policy issued  by the State Insurance company.

Внешнеторговая компания Chemical, Moscow, далее именуемая (именуемая в дальнейшем) продавцами, с одной стороны, и господа Petro Co, далее именуемые покупателями, с другой стороны, заключили настоящий договор на следующие цели:

1) продавцы продали, а покупатели купили на условиях CIF 5000 kgs. Сhemical ST о том, что будет поставлен в третьем квартале 2020 года. упакованы в полиэтиленовые пакеты.

2) цена составляет 175 английских фунтов стерлингов за килограмм CIF Liverpool. Общая стоимость контракта составляет 875 000,00 английских фунтов стерлингов.

3) датой поставки считается дата коносамента, выданного на имя покупателя.

4) оплата товаров, поставляемых по настоящему договору, производится через Объединенный Банк, Ливерпуль аккредитивом (аккредитив) при предъявлении указанных документов:

1) коммерческий счет продавца

2) Полный комплект чистых бортовых коносаментов.

3) Акт осмотра, выданный независимой и признанной лабораторией (независимой и известной).

4) весовой лист, выданный признанной компанией.

5) сертификат происхождения товара, выданный Торгово-промышленной палатой (Торгово-Промышленная палата).

6) страховой полис, выданный Государственной страховой компанией.
