Time planning and prioritization, helps you quickly achieve important goals and free up time for relaxation. Thus, it is possible to achieve results faster, while spending less effort.
Often people feel bewildered, cannot understand what is “important” for them. They are clutching different things on autopilot. They feel like squirrels in a wheel; it does not occur to them to stop and think about the meaning of what they are doing. Stress is increasing.
PROBLEMS THAT TIME MANAGEMENT HELPS TO SOLVE:
1. Misunderstanding of their goals and inability to organize work to achieve them.
2. Inability to properly plan time for a large number of tasks, to set priorities correctly.
3. Ignorance of the principles of time management.
Thus, the rational organization of your schedule and time helps not only to effectively solve daily and weekly tasks, but also to achieve long-term goals that are of great importance. The ability to set clear goals, organize and set priorities will help not only achieve success in school, work or another field of activity, but also to eliminate negative emotions, irrational thoughts and behavior that accompany stress reactions. In addition, the absence of a negative reaction to stress reduces the risk of professional burnout, professional distortion, as well as emotional burnout, distortion of mental and behavioral processes and the occurrence of life-threatening diseases.

The date of birth of the time management is unknown. The first written records of attempts to control time belong to Lucius Annei Seneca. This Roman philosopher and statesman, who lived from 3 years BC until 65 A.D. He outlined his management methods in one of the letters addressed to the Roman poet Lucius.
Seneca recommended:
• keep a written record of time;
• divide time by: good, poorly spent and lost behind idleness;
• evaluate your life according to the fullness of the lived period.
Many famous people, such as Isaac Newton, Benjamin Franklin, have contributed to the development of time management.
Time management (hereinafter TM) appeared with us only in the 80s of the twentieth century. And as the rhythm of life is constantly growing, then TM is becoming more and more popular.

1. ANALYSIS.
Duration During the day, we record all cases, mark the beginning and end of their implementation. To clarify patterns, it is important to keep time for at least a week.
In the analysis, we primarily identify chronophages, i.e. where our time is flowing.
BASIC “TIME ABSORBERS”:
telephone calls
watching tv
social networks
computer games
rush, redoing the wrong job
procrastination
the habit of grabbing everything at once
habit of putting off important matters at the "last minute"
empty argument, empty talk
switching from one thing to another, inability to concentrate
To get rid of time absorbers, it is important first of all to accurately detect them and, if possible, eliminate or minimize them.
2. PURPOSE
In order to set goals, you need to decide on a value system.
HOW TO GOAL
Seneca also said, “When I don’t know which harbor I need to head for, then not a single wind will be fair for me.”
Often people feel bewildered, not realizing what is “important” for them. They try to solve the urgent problems that have fallen on them to the maximum, without realizing the degree of their importance. Oh, they live on autopilot, and it’s extremely rare for them to think about whether there’s any sense in what they do.
