INTRODUCTION

The purpose of the internship is to consolidate the knowledge gained at the university and during the passage of previous internships, to replenish them on the basis of in-depth study and analysis of economic processes and management processes, labor organization, safety, obtaining practical skills of working in departments.

The implementation of the established goals is carried out by independently studying the work of the enterprise and performing tasks provided for in the program in the conditions of the enterprise that are characteristic of future professional and organizational management activities.

The main purpose of industrial practice is the practical consolidation of theoretical knowledge gained during training, the formation of a complete and real understanding of their profession among future specialists, the development of practical skills in various fields of information technology application.

The production practice took place in "ARTS "Almatygaz" LLP. The practice was conducted during the period from 5.06.2023 to 08.07.2023.

The main purpose of industrial practice is to consolidate the theoretical knowledge gained during the study of disciplines, acquire practical skills and the ability to independently solve actual production, professional tasks in the field of organization and management.

During the practice, I got acquainted with the personnel of the organization, material and technical equipment, production activities, labor regulations and safety regulations. I studied the documentation on the organization of technical support for 2022.

During the internship, I got acquainted with the computer equipment used in the LLP "ARTS "Almatygaz"".  Participated in the maintenance, preventive maintenance and inventory of equipment with the clarification of the model of components and the selection of drivers for them.

I got acquainted with the principles of work, and got practical skills in working with fax, scanner, installation, maintenance and measures for the prevention of breakdowns.

Work was carried out to reinstall the software and configure application programs, antivirus tools for optimal operation of computer equipment.

Received recommendations on the rational use of software and hardware for information protection.

After the preparation, work was carried out to install the licensed software MS Windows XP PRO and MS Windows 7 . The preparation included deleting partitions on the PC hard disk, formatting hard disks, creating partitions, assigning the main partition of the hard disk, creating logical disks. At the same time, the FDISK utility was used, as well as a program for working with the Partition Magic 7.0 hard disk, which significantly accelerated the process of both creating and formatting partitions.
