1. INTRODUCTION

The program of the academic (introductory) internship is designed in accordance with the Guideline on the on-field practice for students of the first and the second cycles of higher education who study in the educational institutions of BSU.

The objective of introductory internship is a private unitary enterprise “Gusarov Group”.

The activity of the enterprise PSC "Gusarov Group" is focused on marketing activities (SEO, PPC, SMM, DEV, CRM), it is also ready to provide you with a wide package of services for the creation, promotion of your website, consulting in the field of Internet marketing and much more.

The relevance of the internship is in the fact that today everyone lives in the era of technology. The biggest part of it is connected with the electronical appliances and Internet. The second thing is getting more and more developed with each next year. Advertising here became a huge field of creativity. The concurrence in this field is also enormous. Finding the ways of the right communication between client and company helps to become stronger among other firms. And this is what will never be irrelevant – increasing and developing your company by:

  • supporting calm and polite dialogue between company and the future/present customer with the usage of only polite and official language;
  • adding trendier and more attractive functionality of services;
  • making more deals with firms and companies from foreign countries, esp. with non-CIS countries;
  • hiring more highly qualified employees, who definitely know what’s important in digital marketing nowadays that can help other companies to grow increasingly;
  • making much more attractive prices to services in marketing agency in relation to a high quality of work.

The goals of the introductory internship:

  • formation and development of socio-professional competence, which allows combining academic, professional, socio-personal competencies to solve problems in the field of professional and social activities and providing for the deepening and consolidation of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, mastering primary skills in the specialty "Marketing";
  • formation of the personality of a specialist whose main mission is to master the marketing concept of economic management;
  • formation of primary skills for the implementation of the marketing concept of organization management;
  • development of non-standard thinking focused on solving marketing problems in a dynamically changing market environment.

The purpose of the introductory internship is to develop professional competences through the consolidation of academic and practical knowledge as well as initial specialist skills gained within the students’ major at university:

  • adaptation of a student to complete next practical works without being afraid of it;
  • giving the maximal equivalent of next practices by taking part in minimal amount of tasks;
  • development of skills to be more independent in future education and life of a student;
  • getting acquainted with the PUE “Gusarov Group” itself for your probable future career in this company;
  • examination and obtaining the information about Gusarov’s rivals for determining the main benefits and limitations of “Gusarov Group” by comparing those marketing agencies with the objective of our academic internship to maximize the number of pleasant features and edit and (or) eliminate terrible and unpracticed things in this private unitary enterprise;
  • obtaining skills in making trustful and fair texts for top-10 of companies, where Gusarov Group is the factual leader among other russian, non-russian and both types of agencies.
