1. INTRODUCTION

Times have changed, and even the way businesses approach their customers has shifted. Traditional marketing has taken a step back and bring a new face in front of the industry. The internet has brought a whole new market. Digital marketing became the norm for a successful business, and if you are not involved in this, your business will not grow in the future.

Digital marketing can bring a lot of opportunities and growth to businesses. It can lead to exposure and more sales. After all, your goal as a business owner is to increase your profit. If you want to see improvements in your business or increase your sales, you have to get your hands into digital marketing and agencies such as “Gusarov Group” are there to help.

Our internship was carried out in “Gusarov Group” marketing agency from 03.04.2023 to 29.04.2023.

Internships are beneficial because they help develop your professional aptitude, strengthen personal character, and provide a greater door to opportunity. By investing in internships, you'll give yourself the broadest spectrum of opportunity when seeking and applying for a job after university.

Main objectives of the practice:

•   consolidation of the theoretical knowledge on economic and marketing disciplines in the conditions of specific organization activity.
•    familiarization with the enterprise as an object of management, functions and role of economic, administrative, production services.
•      studying the functions and importance of marketing services in the management system.
•      study of the basics of commodity, pricing, distribution policy of the enterprise, as well as advertising activities.
•     study of organizational documents, processing, and generalization of materials for the report on practice.
•     however, they are not the least goals of this internship, because here we also have such points as:
•    adaptation of a student to complete next practical works without being afraid of it;
•    giving the maximal equivalent of next practices by taking part in minimal amount of tasks;
•    development of skills to be more independent in future education and life of a student;
•   getting acquainted with the PUE “Gusarov Group” itself for your probable future career in this company;
•   examination and obtaining the information about Gusarov’s rivals for determining the main benefits and limitations of Gusarov Group by comparing those marketing agencies with the objective of our academic internship to maximize the amount of pleasant features and edit and (or) eliminate terrible and unpracticed things in this private unitary enterprise;
•  obtaining skills in making trustful and fair texts for top-10 of companies, where Gusarov Group is the factual leader among other russian, non-russian and both types of agencies.
