Why I chose to Pursue a master’s degree
A Master's degree is an opportunity to change or supplement your education. I entered the master's program immediately after her bachelor's degree. Classic. This has never been in the plans. I studied undergraduate in the field of scientific mathematics. But mathematics has become interesting to me since high school, when I started going to a math club.
Mathematics, being the central science, in my vision, attracted my interest in continuing to study it after graduating from the bachelor's degree. One of my desires was to work as a teacher and continuing my studies in this field will help me to be a more competent specialist.
The master's degree implies a deeper specialization, which allows you to solve more complex professional issues. This stage of education will give me the opportunity to study mathematics in depth, as well as take part in scientific research, prepare publications in scientific publications, speak at conferences, thereby starting scientific activities in a certain field.
I am motivated by the fact that full-time study in a master's degree has advantages such as having a place in a student's residance hall , a scholarship and other bonuses.
Also, one of the important facts is that masters have an advantage when applying for a job compared to bachelors, since the master's degree is a step above the bachelor's degree. As a math teacher, this is very important to me, because thanks to the master's degree, I will be able to move up the career ladder. With a master's degree, I can apply for higher positions at school. Which is undoubtedly a good prospect for my teaching career.
Summing up, it can be noted that the master's degree opens many locks that are beyond the power of the bachelor's degree. After receiving a master's degree, I will be able to start teaching, or to engage in scientific and research issues.Personnel with higher education are in demand in the modern labor market.Thus, I see great advantages of the master's degree for myself.
