Why is it dangerous nowadays to go out on the street in the evening?

It is well known that nowadays it is very dangerous to go out in the evening or at night on the street. There is a danger of being robbed, beaten, raped or even killed. Self-defense course become increasingly popular, it is necessary for a girl or a woman to carry little knifes or special gas spray to protect themselves.

On the other hand, if we look through the history, it was always dangerous on the streets at night.  In the middle ages, 18,19 th and in our  20-21st century. Those days there were fewer people on the streets in late hours. If someone was robbed or  killed, those were men, the crews, people sat up in the tavern. Women, children and girls were sitting at home. And if they went to the street, it was necessarily  to be accompanied by adults, governesses or men. In our time, there is a completely different picture. Girls walk alone, children travel even on the subway in a large metropolis, too. The girls allow themselves to walk around in provocative clothing, thereby causing impious men to lawlessness. What solution can be found to this problem? There is a so-called "female taxi", so that the girl could safely get home in the evening without fear of taxi drivers. As for children, it is necessary to set up trainings, social advertising for their parents, so that everyone could see and know what can happen to their children. For now, a very high percentage of child abductions, which are taken away into slavery or any kinds of  sects. Parents should be more responsible and in any case not to allow children to travel by underground or public transport alone. Parents should not be lazy to take away and take children from schools or sports clubs, it is not the so-called "trust them" and the desire to give freedom to their growing child. This is a direct irresponsibility. And it is necessary to speak about it through social networks, to make flash mobs so that this subject could be seen and known everywhere in every social segment.

Our century is also characterized by a large number of accidents on the roads in the evening time, people drive while intoxicated or with bought driving-license, sometimes they do not even really learn how to drive. The so-called Golden youth, street racers begin to drive a good fast car, but because of sloth, irresponsibility and lack of proper upbringing, they drive along the roads of the city and knock down pedestrians. For this reason, it is dangerous to go out in the evening, especially in unlit places of the city. The solution to this problem may be tightening of traffic rules, night raids by police officers and regular checks of drivers.

On the other hand, there are villages that are remote from the big cities, where everyone knows each other, and going out in the evening is not dangerous. But for small villages it is not in common to go out for a walk in late hours, because unlike the big cities, there are no clubs, round-the-clock cafes and other places of entertainment, around which drug-addicts, thieves and criminals gather. In a village like this, if anyone commits a crime, the local police immediately calculates him. There is such villages abroad too, for example in Scotland, where families live on the same land for centuries, they know the whole district, the local police, all the pubs are familiar. And yet,it is really dangerous to go out in the evening.

It is primarily our responsibility, the parents of our children, the citizens of our country to make this world a better and safer place.

Как известно, в современном мире очень опасно выходить вечером или ночью на улицу. Есть опасность либо быть ограбленным, избитым, изнасилованным или даже убитым. Все больше становятся популярными курсы самообороны, в сумочках девушки носят газовые баллончики или складные ножи.

С другой стороны, если обратиться к историческим источникам, опасно на улицах в темное время суток было всегда. Как в средние века, в 18,19-ом, а также в новейшее время 20-21века. Просто раньше и на улицах людей было меньше. Если кого-то и грабили или убивали, то были мужчины, экипажи, засидевшиеся в трактире люди. Женщины же, дети и девушки все сидели дома. А если и выходили на улицу, то только в сопровождении взрослых, гувернанток или мужчин. В наше время наблюдается совсем другая картина. Девушки ходят одни, дети даже на метро в крупном мегаполисе тоже ездят одни. Более того, девушки позволяют себе ходить в вызывающей одежде, тем самым провоцируя неблагочестивых мужчин на беззаконие. Какое же решение можно найти этой проблеме? Существует так называемое «женское такси», чтобы девушка благополучно смогла вечером добраться до дома, не боясь таксистов. А в отношении детей, необходимо проводить тренинги, социальные рекламы. Ведь сейчас очень высок процент похищений детей, которых увозят в рабство или секты. Родители должны быть ответственнее и ни в коем случае не позволять детям ездить на метро или общественном транспорте одним. Родителям нельзя лениться отвозить и забирать детей из школы или из спортивных секций, это не так называемое «доверие» и желание дать свободу своему подрастающему чаду, а прямая безответственность. И об этом надо говорить через соцсети, делать флешмобы, чтобы эта тема была на виду.
