Due to the growing requirements for specialists, higher education institutions are looking for new forms and methods of education, introducing new technologies into education . One of the new forms of organization of the educational process is learning through distance learning technologies. In the process of distance learning, based on modern computers and telecommunication technologies, is one of the main forms of obtaining qualified education using traditional and innovative teaching methods. Distance learning is widely used in schools of the Republic, region, city and in the school space. If we talk about achievements in schools, as an example, the Internet can be spoken daily. In the online diary, students and students receive the knowledge gained by parents without leaving home. This method further strengthens the relationship between the school and the parent community. Distance learning is now widespread not only in Kazakhstan, but also in Europe. And only two or three years when Kazakhstan put into operation this type of training. At the same time, it is well developed and in great demand, distance learning is widely used in the villages, as in rural regions the Internet and computer networks are well developed . Distance learning is not only the text of lessons, but also the search for relevant information on the network, correspondence with other students, the use of data sources, periodicals distributed through the Internet.
