1. Sculptures

This project is interesting to me. But I risk with my resources (with my money: I own a company).

I won’t want to own sculptures after the exhibition, because I live in an apartment with my family.

So, the project is very interesting for me, though I won’t invest my own money in it.

1. New cream

I would ask the owner of the project about, whether they will build their own company and brand, or whether the cream will be distributed to the well-known companies of cosmetics and later sold to the customers under the created established well-known brands.

I would suggest the owner of the idea to create the business plan together, and I will ask the person some questions regarding to the real situation of the project and of the market itself.

Only then I could think about, whether to invest my own resources in this idea or not.

1. Unique lunch box with cooler

I will need to understand the main idea, how will the product look like in the future.

Then I will ask the owner of the future project, how long his company operates on the market, whether the company had the problems with new projects before.

Then I will ask questions about, how many financial resources does the company have to operate: which departments of workers does the company have, the salaries to the staff, the coverage of all costs, of taxes to the government of the country/of different countries (if the company operates in international markets).

Then I will decide whether to invest in this project or not.

1. Car cleaning

I will ask the owner of the project about the work conditions for the young people, the salaries to them: are the salaries really respectfully paid to the workers.

Then I would decide whether to invest in this project or not.

It is hard to make a decision, but I will invest in project 4.
