Problem: How can university graduates realize their potential and not be among the unemployed?

Goal: To explore the possibilities of realizing youth in business.

The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the current trends in the socio-economic development of our country, which presuppose the formation of certain qualities in young people necessary for their future work: independence, and initiative. Society needs an economically literate person who thinks critically, knows how to see and creatively solve emerging problems. For the formation of the economy of any country, the development of youth business is one of the important points. Attracting young people to business is also a solution to the problem of youth employment.

Young people are the most active part of society, which quickly reacts to any changes in life, and which effectively perceives their useful aspects. Therefore, we can say that young people have a much greater potential and ability for entrepreneurial activity than other age groups[1].

The state provides entrepreneurs with various types of assistance:

Financial – small business support programs imply the allocation of subsidies, the amounts of which range from 10 thousand to 30 million rubles.

Property – entrepreneurs get the opportunity to use state property free of charge or on preferential terms: rental of premises, land plots, including for the self-employed.

Information - the creation of a single digital ecosystem where information on all federal and regional support measures will be available.

Consulting — support in the form of professional advice from specialists, for example, in the field of export.

Educational – development of training programs for specialists, advanced training of employees.

Types of non-financial support - carried out in the Service Centers of entrepreneurs:

-preferential lending through second-tier banks within the framework of targeted programs for regions and individual industries;

-free seminars and master classes in specialized business areas;

-Subsidization – reduction of the interest rate on business development loans issued by banks;

-Guarantee – provision of a partial guarantee as collateral for bank loans [3].

For two years of my studies at the university, I have been trying to explore the possibilities of implementing students in business.

The more young people try their hand at business, the more significant their contribution to the development of the economy will be. The State Funds for Small Business Support position the Youth Entrepreneurship Forum as a dialogue platform created for the exchange of experience in project management and the formation of a whole generation of young biasness in Russia.
