Essay "Why I should change my eating habits"
Nowadays, everyone have some habits. They may not just be bad, but also positive. Especially when you're dealing with eating habits because it will never do to live without any feed. Therefore, everybody in his life comes to the question of why he have to switch his eating habits. Let me use my own example to answer that question.
At the outset, I would like to mention habits that makes my life better. I can easily classify them as morning and evening. Firstly, several years ago I picked up the idea of glass of water with lemon in the morning. Further, vitamins C, E are abundant in lemons therefore It usually lifts my spirits at the beginning of my lectures and keeps me fit. Secondly, despite the fact that there's nothing like coffee for me, I cut out it at the evenings. When I cut down on the caffeine, I've noticed that it have a positive effect on sleep. Now I fall asleep faster and sleep more, which allows me to be cool as cucumber.
Moreover, I regrettably have bad eating habits that may also be split into two groups. There's weekdays and weekends habits. First of all, ordinary I am in a terrible hurry and live under a lot of stress so on weekdays I tend to don't have breakfast and sometimes even lunch. That's why I'm afraid it will affect me physical and mentally let alone the gastritis, for example. Secondly, on weekends I pig out with snacks and chips. Certainly, it enhance the risk of cardiovascular disease and makes me overweight so I want to
Afterwards, there's a New Zealander proverb says: "Even food can attack". So I understand that I have some bad habits but I’m trying to get rid of them and it’s good that my arsenal already has some healthy habits.
