INTRODUCTION

Today, overalls are more than protection from negative factors of production; they are becoming part of the corporate style. Professionally selected overalls will help you stand out from the competition, emphasize the individuality of the company and become proof of its success.

How to choose the right workwear for you and understand the huge assortment? Overalls must comply with general and special requirements, taking into account the entire range of quality and purpose indicators.

Thus, workwear is not a whim, but a necessity, it is a means of protecting a person at work, where, according to statistics, there are up to three thousand deaths, and injuries, large and small, reach half a million.

What should be the overalls for a car service

  • Work in a car service implies contact with diagnostic, repair and washing equipment, tools. This is work with oil, gasoline, auto chemicals, pollution. When choosing overalls for car service workers, it is necessary to focus on the resistance of the material to moisture, dirt, water-repellent properties.
  • In addition to strength and durability, the resistance of the fabric to tears, damage, and rubbing is important.
  • Work equipment , which is produced today for this niche, does not hinder movement. It is hygroscopic, breathable to the body, resistant to abrasion.
  • Among the advantages of this form are easy care, quick cleaning, low shrinkage during washing. The more presentable and aesthetically pleasing the service employee looks, the more favorable impression the client of the enterprise has.


  1. Relevance of the subject

Protective clothing for car service is a separate segment of the market of protective textile products. Since there are quite a lot of masters of different profiles working in this industry, their uniforms should correspond to a specific specialization.

Modern owners of car service stations understand that in order to maintain the competitiveness of their enterprises, first of all, it is necessary to show the "product face". After all, customers will first pay attention to the clothes and appearance of employees. A favorable first impression will be complemented by the quality of the services provided.

If earlier protective clothing workwear for a car service consisted of boring gray work overalls, now these are whole design solutions, which include European workwear, special work clothes, work suits, insulated workwear, trousers and overalls, waterproof workwear, vests and aprons, etc., a variety of colors, different designs

12 people passed the questionnaire. According to the results of the survey, 100% of men aged 25-30 years. 58.3% are not fully provided with workwear. They are not satisfied with the quality of 58.3% . 50% of the fabric requirement for workwear is resistance to mechanical damage. They like the jacket and trousers set 58.3%. Natural fabrics 41.7%.

What qualities do you like in overalls? 41.7% fabric quality. The main criteria when choosing overalls are Resistance to fuels and lubricants: motor and other oils, fuel

  1. Research sequences labor process

The collection of data on the actual state of the organization of labor was carried out using observations and sets of questions. The labor processes that were monitored took place on the territory of a private auto repair shop.

The production facilities of auto repair shops must have at least 15 m 3 of volume and 4.5 m 2 of area for each worker. The height of the premises from floor to ceiling must be at least 3.2 m. Walls and ceilings must be of low thermal conductivity and not retain dust. Floors - smooth , not slippery, if they are cold, then rugs or wooden grates are placed at the workplaces.

Machines and equipment in the premises are located with passages not less than 1 m wide and so that it is not required to move goods over workplaces.

Lighting of industrial premises must comply with SNiP 11-4-79.

The considered industrial premises do not meet the standard in terms of area and height of the premises from floor to ceiling.

  1. Study complex movements worker

The most important external manifestation of the physiological side of human labor activity is movement. The effective implementation of working movements and techniques largely depends on the correct posture of the worker. Even the most relaxed posture is not a state of absolute rest, since the activity of the tonic muscles is carried out. Figure 1.2.1 shows graphic representations of ergonomic postures performed by a car mechanic.

During the study of the movements of the worker, the most commonly used postures were identified. The types of these ergonomic postures of a person performing movements in a given production environment are shown in Figure 1.2.1.
