Unified schemes of technological complexes for the development of fields in oil-producing regions

Unified schemes of technological complexes for the development of fields in oil-producing regions should provide:

 Required quality of commercial products;

 Measurement of oil and gas flow rate for each well, measurement of products (oil, gas, water) in the oil and gas collection system for each production team and the enterprise as a whole, accounting for marketable products;

 Reliability of operation of oil and gas pipelines and installations, their complete sealing;

 Maximum use of natural resources;

 Complex automation of technological processes;

 Environmental protection.

The development of oil-producing areas must be considered as a single technological complex of structures, including objects of the following technological subcomplexes:

 Field collection, transport and accounting of well production;

 Preliminary separation of well production;

 Oil preparation;

 Wastewater treatment;

 Reception and accounting of oil;

 Gas preparation.

The technological subcomplex for collection, transportation and crew accounting of oil, gas and water should provide:

 Measurement of produced products for each well;

 Measurement and accounting of oil, gas and water production for individual fields, fields, incl.  For each production team while maintaining the existing principles of centralization of collection and transport facilities;

 Formation of flows according to physical and chemical properties, uniform distribution of products along technological lines;

 Transportation of well products, if necessary, pumping.  In this case, it is necessary to provide, if possible and economically feasible, for compressor-free transport of gas from the first separation stage to the central processing plant or gas processing plant;

 Sealing the collection and transportation of gas and oil along the entire path of well production;

 The use of oil gathering pipelines to prepare well products for further processing;

 Gas metering by areas of use.

 1.11.  The technological subcomplex for the preliminary separation of well production must provide:

 Preparing flows for separation before entering technological devices, shaping them according to productivity;

 High-quality separation of gas from liquid;

 Preliminary dehydration of oil (up to a residual water content in oil of 5 – 20%), combined with purification of formation water, while the process of preliminary dehydration of oil should, as a rule, ensure the quality of the discharged water necessary for its use in the reservoir pressure maintenance system (RPM)  .  The specified technological subcomplex can be located both at the central station and at a field or section of a large field, where, according to technical and economic indicators, it is advisable to place a booster pumping station.
