"Pedagogical management"

The English-speaking word "management" has three semantic aspects:

• the aggregate of persons engaged in managerial work in the sphere of private and public business;

• a social and economic institution that influences the entrepreneurial activity, lifestyle and politics of modern society;

• a scientific discipline that studies technical and organizational, social aspects of production management and other spheres of public life.

In Russian, the term "management" is considered to be synonymous with it: a combination of principles, methods, means and forms of management of an enterprise or institution.

In management theory, a special place is occupied by pedagogical management, which includes, at first glance, polar groups - teaching and trainees.

Although management originated in the business sphere, but today in the West there is a widespread opinion that management is not only the management of a firm, a corporation, etc. - many of its postulates and theoretical positions are suitable for management activities in any field, including, and in education.

In general, management is the social management of an organization. In many contexts, the concepts of "social management" and "management" practically coincide.

Management is a management based on a person-centric approach, which assumes not a direct influence, but the creation of conditions for a comfortable cooperation between the manager and the subordinate in the effective achievement of the goals of joint activities.

The manager-manager in his activity relies on his own respect for people and respect of people to himself, builds his relations with people in work activity on the basis of trust and, himself being guided by success, creates conditions for its achievement by all.

In modern scientific literature, management is disclosed as:

- the process of setting and achieving goals through mobilizing people's work, their intellect, motives of behavior, as well as financial and technical resources;

- business management through filigree work with people;

- a special kind of managerial activity that revolves around a person;

- ability of the leader to achieve the set goals, using labor, intellect and motives of behavior of subordinates;

- function, type of activity to guide people in a wide variety of organizations;

- an area of ​​human knowledge, which helps to effectively perform administrative functions.

From the above definitions it can be concluded that in science management is considered both in the meaning of "activity type" and in the meaning of "knowledge area".

1. Понятие «педагогический менеджмент»

Англоязычное слово «management» имеет три смысловых аспекта:

• совокупность лиц, занятых управленческим трудом в сфере частного и общественного бизнеса;
• социальный и экономический институт, влияющий на предпринимательскую деятельность, образ жизни и сферу политики современного общества;
• научная дисциплина, изучающая технико-организационные, социальные аспекты управления производством и другие сферы общественной жизни.

В русском языке его синонимом принято считать термин «управление»: совокупность принципов, методов, средств и форм руководства предприятием или учреждением.
