My future career goals

In my opinion, most people may think that career goals are simply defined by the position or job they want to have, but in my mind career goals are the steps you should take to reach the final result. This means setting both short-term and long-term milestones which will direct you down the chosen career path and lead where you want to be.

Let’s take a closer look at my career goals. First of all, I would like to get a quality education at this university. Secondly, I’d like to work for a company where all employees are motivated and inspired by their activities. I am sure that it will help me to develop not only my professional but also personal qualities and skills. Thirdly, I want to gain a work experience in a foreign company or with foreign clients, it will help me to study international experience and other cultures. However, my main goal is to find a work-life balance.

Moreover, I have always been interested in consulting, so I would like to have a position that will allow me to work with interesting company cases.

Summarizing all above, I would like to say that I want to obtain a sufficient level of knowledge that will allow me to work for a company with challenging tasks and motivated employees, the company which will help me to grow not only as an employee but also as a person. I will do my best to achieve my career goals.
