Management is more and more confidently entering the industrial and social life of the countries of the world. On the one hand, it is a science based on objective laws and regularities, clear rules and technologies that help people understand the realities of the production process. On the other hand, management determines the rules of behavior of human organizations.

Ukrainian management should become the wheel that will set the national economy in motion. For this, it is necessary to develop a certain algorithm for achieving this goal

   With the development of market relations in the economy of independent Ukraine, considerable attention is paid to management. Among the world management models, the most popular is the American model. The American model is based on a rigid organization  the management system of the organization with external democracy. It is based on a machine-conveyor, electronically formalized system of management of the production sector, which can be useful for any economic system. The basis of the organizational structure of the American corporation was the system of decentralized management of the production process, the creation of more extensive and complex organizational structures.

In Japanese society, there is a minimal stratification of welfare, and this makes it possible to use the sense of collectivism as effectively as possible. In contrast to the leading models, the Japanese model is characterized by its focus: the main subject of management in Japan is labor resources, and the main goal of the organization is to increase the efficiency of the enterprise mainly by increasing the productivity of employees. In European and American management, the main goal is profit maximization, that is, obtaining the greatest benefit with the least effort.

But Sweden achieved the highest indicators in socio-economic development, thanks to the programs of the Social Democratic Party. Experts call the Swedish management model the "welfare state" model. It manifests itself as a complex of socio-economic and political realities in the country with its high standard of living and a wide scale of social policy.
