One of the stages of professional pedagogical education is preparation for teaching at a higher educational institution. This determines the need to design pedagogical technologies aimed at the development of university education in terms of focus on the training of a higher school teacher. And also, management and leadership. In education, they consist in the fact that sustainable development and changes in any educational system cannot be introduced from the outside, they must proceed from changes in the experience and perceptions of teachers in specific classrooms. As a result of a critical assessment, a change in the basic idea of the program and a reassessment of experience and educational policy, changes at all levels will be implemented at the initiative of teachers. Why I brought up this topic is because, like education, leadership is a fundamental human ability for sustainable development. The process of change is likely to cause inconveniences and disagreements on the way to your own development. When this happens, it is not easy to manage the process of change. As teachers, we sometimes feel that we are losing our ability to act and our strength.
