Executive Summary

The following report will introduce a new women clothing venture in Kazakhstan, which is Bella Boutique, and provide some insides on competitive market analysis and, most importantly, the specific marketing plan it intends on implementing in order to introduce its products to the Kazakhstan marketplace.

Introduction

Belli Boutique is a new retail outlet that will cater to ladies and provide them the latest in attractive fashion trends. The Belli Boutique is the women business, will be established as part of this business endeavor in downtown of Almaty, Kazakhstan. This area of Almaty is a well-known retirement and tourism destination. Although though the primary objective is to establish a single storefront, there are also future development plans that involve the possibility of establishing a well-known brand name and/or franchising the retail establishment. As a result, the business endeavor would have the objective of penetrating a sizeable piece of the online retail sector.

The Product/Service conceptualization and ideation: Innovation and Creativity; Design.

The fashion and retail industries have a tendency to place an unhealthy emphasis on young people. On the other hand, we will be able to make sure that our stock meets the needs of our audience if we keep a close eye on the fashion trends that are becoming popular among different age groups as well as the buying habits of our own customers.On top of that, the company is going to try to combine traditional Kazakh cloth elements with new trends to add uniqueness to the brand. The brand’s primary concentration will be on the designs, colors, and cuts that complement the figure of the lady Baby Boomer. We will make it our mission to meet the requirements posed by this body type.

The innovative idea is to create a Kazakh fast-fashion brand that will unite traditional Kazakh elements in styling and fast fashion in such a way that it will follow Zara's example of mirroring the trends of the moment and looking through the trends of TikTok and Instagram in an attempt to intercept the tastes and desires of users.

Marketing and Sales

This section of the business plan will provide a Marketing Mix for the Belli Boutique.

  1. Product.

The clothing brand Belli Boutique is a Kazakh incorporation that is responsible for the design, production, and retail sale of trendy and casual garments. In addition to the standard goods, it has a sizable inventory of designer textiles. Its goal is to become the industry leader in Kazakhstan in terms of fit, durability, and the quality of its fabrics.

  1. Place.

The Belli Boutique is planning to sell through its stores in almost all major cities in Kazakhstan. Aside from that, it is planning to sell online via its website.

  1. Price.

The cost of the things sold at The Belli Boutique is going to fall between 7,000 and 20,000 tenges. The cost is competitive, and the company differentiates itself from its rivals by employing singular, uncomplicated designs that are rendered in vivid hues.

The company has the goal of providing high-quality products at reasonable prices, which helps to set its model apart from others.

  1. Promotion.

The Belli Boutique is planning to have a customer development team that evaluates the purchasing styles of customers. This would help the company measure consumer preference and create promotional content in a manner that is consistent with their preferences. On top of that, the Belli Boutique is planning to involve influencers for promotion.

Operations

Belli Boutique will be open six days a week, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. During the holidays and important occasions, the store will extend store hours. At this time, the retail shop will require around two-thirds of the available area in the structure. The remaining area will be utilized for inventory and administrative reasons. In addition to the two full-time co-owners, three part-time staffers will be hired to assist consumers.
