In the scientific collection «Professore straordinario in Economic Policy, Università Guglielmo Marconi in Rome» of 07. 2017. A scientific article by the author Massimiliano Di Pace is noted, which is entitled: "The runes of the Yu and the USA and theirinfluence on Russia: logico-qualitative assessment"

The article says that Russian academic representatives who do not have a clear idea of ​​the content of the EU and US sanctions, and above all, they believe that the deterioration of the Russian economy in recent years is due (more or less) exclusively to EU and US sanctions.
In the introduction of the article: the issue that the sanctions that sanctions were imposed for a serious reason, that is, the illegal annexation of the Crimea and the deliberate destabilization of the neighboring sovereign country (Ukraine) in 2014.

The author argues that the EU links the duration of sanctions with the full implementation of the Minsk agreements, participation in the solution of the Ukrainian crisis. At the time this article was filed (June 28, 2017), they were provided until January 31, 2018.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of sanctions on the Russian economy as a whole, its most important sectors of the economy and the influence of majority opinion. And also consideration of the essence of the sanctions imposed on Russia and the position of the EU and the US on this issue.

The article says that sanctions implemented by the EU and the US can be grouped into several categories:
- Diplomatic measures
- Restrictive measures
- Restrictions on economic contacts with Crimea and Sevastopol
- Financial measures
- Trade measures

The article goes on to say that sanctions have limited geographical and sectoral coverage, from which a large economy can not significantly (and noticeably) significantly change.
It should also be noted that the purpose of this article is to study the causes of the decline in Russia from 2014, which actually coincided with the introduction of sanctions.

In conclusion, according to the author, there were no direct effects of EU and US sanctions on the Russian economy, although it is possible that these sanctions were indirectly affected by depressing Russians or, better, their economic expectations.

Как выяснилось из личного опыта автора, встречающегося с российскими академическими представителями, многие из них не имеют четкого представления о содержании санкций ЕС и США, направленных на Россию, и, прежде всего, они считают, что ухудшение российской экономики последних лет обусловлено (более или менее) исключительно санкциями ЕС и США.

Тем не менее, точное содержание санкций ЕС и США легко загружается из Интернета, а именно из сайта Европейского союза и из сайта Государственного департамента США.

Несмотря на отсутствие информации о характере санкций, ощущение, что российская экономика сильно пострадала от санкций, разделяется основной литературой. Даже если, как будет напомнено в пар. 5, нет общей оценки последствий санкций от ЕС и США, все исследователи считают само собой разумеющимся, что санкции повлияли как-то на экономические тенденции в России, а частично и на европейские.

Настоящий документ направлен на рассмотрение этой темы с другой точки зрения, которая фокусирует анализ на логических связях между мерами, принятыми ЕС и США, и экономической ситуацией в России. А именно, если бы эффективное содержание санкций могло повлиять на экономические явления в России (или нет).

Поэтому это исследование начинается с подробного описания точного содержания санкций, как они изложены компетентными органами (Делегация ЕС в России для Европейского Союза и Государственного департамента США).
