The profession a person chooses in many ways determines (детерминес) his future life. It is one of the most important decisions one makes in life. The properly chosen career makes a person happy and successful for the rest of his life. And a wrong choice can make him dissatisfied (дисатисфайд) with his future job and life.

It is generally believed that profession should be both prestigious and interesting. Money is one of the most important factors when you make a choice. There are highly-paid jobs and low-paid jobs. Businessmen, politicians, lawyers, pilots are highly-paid jobs. Teachers, doctors, nurses, workers, cleaners are badly-paid jobs. Much depends on the inclinations and interests of the person. Although (олзеу) it is wonderful when one's hobby becomes one's profession it seldom happens in reality. Thus a lot of young naïve people decide to realize in profession one of their interests or hobbies thinking that study of it will be amusing and exciting. But actually study in every area of knowledge includes a lot of serious and sometimes boring subjects. That is why young people can be sometimes disappointed by the chosen profession and can give up their study.

Now I am a first year student of Vyatka State University and I study at the faculty of Economics and Finance. I’ve made up my mind to become a specialist in the sphere of economic security. I think that nowadays this profession is of great need and importance to our country. Specialists in this area can apply their knowledge both in public and private sectors of economy. They know how to establish and implement various property protection techniques; identify administrative, economic, technical and legal threats for the company, prevent economic losses; defend the rights of artificial and natural persons, economic interests of governmental authorities (эторитиз), budget system, public and private corporations, banks, investment companies that operate both domestically and abroad.

Economic security is a very challenging field of knowledge. I am sure, a good specialist should be a well-educated and knowledgeable person.

It is obvious that an economic security specialist should be aware of great personal responsibility. He is to be very responsible, attentive, purposeful, communicative, flexible; must possess excellent logical reasoning, analytical and decision-making skills. It is very important to have an ability to work under pressure particularly when dealing with threats.

I think to become an economic security specialist and I hope I've made a correct choice. I believe that my qualities combined with the knowledge would be quite enough to succeed in my future work.

Профессия, которую выбирает человек, во многом определяет (детерминес) его дальнейшую жизнь. Это одно из самых важных решений, которые человек принимает в жизни. Правильно выбранная карьера делает человека счастливым и успешным на всю оставшуюся жизнь. А неправильный выбор может вызвать недовольство его будущей работой и жизнью.

 Принято считать, что профессия должна быть престижной и интересной. Деньги - один из важнейших факторов при выборе. Есть высокооплачиваемая работа и низкооплачиваемая работа. Бизнесмены, политики, юристы, летчики - высокооплачиваемые должности. Учителя, врачи, медсестры, рабочие, уборщицы - плохо оплачиваемая работа. Многое зависит от наклонностей и интересов человека. Хотя (олзеу) прекрасно, когда хобби становится профессией, на самом деле это случается редко. Таким образом, многие молодые наивные люди решают реализовать в профессии одно из своих увлечений или хобби, думая, что изучение этого будет занимательным и увлекательным занятием. Но на самом деле изучение каждой области знаний включает в себя множество серьезных, а иногда и скучных предметов. Поэтому молодые люди иногда могут разочароваться в выбранной профессии и бросить учебу.
