Aims:

Didactic aim: to form the following components of competence in students:  

  • educational (cognative) component:
  • to form students’ knowledge on using  This, that, these, those.
  • to develop students’ habits on enlarging lexical minimum

  • practical component (operational component):

-  to form students’ skills on listening (auding), reading the text with a help and without help of dictionary.

-  to form students’ skills on extracting necessary information from the text, summarizing and rendering it for using in the process of educational-professional communication

  • self studying component:
  • to form student’s habits on  working with professional medicinal supplementary literature in informative means of communication.

  • Tasks of teaching:
  • to teach students to differentiate the  This, that, these, those.
  • to teach to review the text, lexico-grammar material
  • Issues to be studied:
  • new lexics on the theme
  • This, that, these, those.
  • Text  “My motherland – Kazakhstan”

Methods of teaching: associograms, game, verbal-graphical method, method of  level teaching, creative tasks
