1.Be+verb+ing.

We use the pr.con.tense for things happening now, at this moment.

        -I’m not working

        ?Am I working?

          We delete e and add ing for verbs that end in e:Have-having,make-making.We add a consonant +ing for verbs that end in one vowel+one consonant:run-running,stop-stopping.

Some verbs aren’t normally used in the pr.con.For example:like,want,have,need.I need to talk to you now.(We can’t say like next example:I’m needing to talk to you now.

2.Healthy way of life

    Wise people say that good health is a great blessing.Everyone should do all possible to stay healthy.Being in a good health means having both body and mind in a good working order,free from illness and hurt.

    Sport is one of the the things that always keep people fit.This is a truthful proverb:”a sound mind in a sound body”.If you want to keep yourself fit,you’re to go in for sports.Physically Physically inactive people get older before than who always do many of exercises.If you do exercises everyday you feel fresh,have a good mood and that makes you feel well.

   Smoking is the best way to bad health.On the average today half the men and a quarter of the women in the world smoke.Drugs are also popular  among young people.Many people drink too much alcohol.Some people even do crimes under such condition.And besides,some people die young because of extreme use of alhocol,drugs and smoking.

  So,I don’t take drugs or alcohol and I don’t smoke.I think,I have a healthy life style.

                                              Ringing in the Millions

    In this age of the Internet, e-mail and electronic communication, the telephone continues to be one of the most important business tools. Ninety per cent of all sales enquires begin on the telephone, so from the start, it is vital to project a company  image which is friendly and professional. At the same time, poor and ineffective telephone behavior can cost millions of dollars in terms of lost sales opportunities. For example, in the insurance business, failure to answer a call promptly and respond efficiently could result in a valuable policy going straight to the competition. The average telephones’ can answer as many as 300 000 calls in a year, so many companies, this is a vital role.
