Introdaction

        In the process of teaching physics attaches great importance to physical experiment, which not only serves the objectives of visual learning, but also part of the content of physical education.

        In case of violation of safety requirements may create a risk to the health and life of students.

        These circumstances require from the administration of schools, teachers of physics a lot of attention to the rooms of classrooms (labs)of physics, continuing supervision of the implementation of safety regulations.

        Since 2018 all schools teaching in schools will be conducted in English and kazakh languages. This was during a press conference in LZC said Deputy Minister of Education and Science Takir Balykbaev. He clarified that the individual disciplines will be taught in English, such as computer science, chemistry, biology and physics, "- said T.Balykbaev.

        So I think that the safety measures in English in the subject of physics is important and relevant now and in the near future, it reduces the risk of harm to the health of school students, and ensures the safety of students when performance of laboratory work.

        The Purpose of Work:

        Rules of safety of school equipment in a classroom of physics.

        Objectives of this work are:

-to acquaint students with instruction on use of devices in laboratory works

- technical means of protection against electric shock

        What is electrical safety?

        Electrical safety - a system of organizational and technical measures and means of protecting people from the harmful and dangerous effects on the body of an electric current, an electric arc, electromagnetic fields and static electricity.

   1. General safety requirements:

1.1. By carrying out laboratory works and laboratory works on physics allowed students from the 7th class, the last briefing on labor protection, medical examination and have no contraindications for health reasons.

1.2. Students must abide by the rules of conduct, training sessions schedule established regimes of work and rest.

1.3. When in the classroom of the physics possible effects on workers of dangerous and harmful production factors:

- Thermal burns when heated fluids and a variety of physical bodies;

- Cuts to the hand by careless handling of glassware and glass devices;

- Electric shock when working on electrical installations;

- The occurrence of a fire at the careless handling of flammable and combustible liquids.

1.4. In carrying out laboratory works and laboratory works on physics to comply with fire safety regulations, to know the location of primary fire extinguishing equipment. Cabinet of Physics must be equipped with primary fire extinguishing means: foam extinguisher, carbon-dioxide extinguisher or powder, a sand box and a cape of fire retardant fabrics.

1.5. For each accident victim or witness an accident must immediately inform the teacher. In case of failure of equipment, appliances and tools to stop work and notify the teacher.

1.6.Persons who have committed the failure or violation of labor protection instructions, brought to disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the internal labor regulations and, if necessary. Subjected to extraordinary verification of knowledge of the rules and regulations of labor protection

2.  What are the technological protection measures used to ensure electrical safety?

       Separately or in combination with each other following technical methods are used:

- Protective earth;

- Protective earth and neutral;

- Safety shutdown;

- Insulation of conductive parts (labor, additional , reinforced, double?);

- Protective device.

Cabinet Description

        The physics classroom consists of three adjacent rooms with an internal passage: a laboratory classroom, a laboratory and a classroom. The windows of the offices face south, therefore they are equipped with compacted blinds, which do not allow sunlight. Students' desks in classrooms are arranged so that, under natural lighting, the windows are on the left side of the students. The surface of the walls is matte, the furniture is natural wood, the class boards are dark green. For artificial lighting only fluorescent lamps are used, the fixtures have a diffusing reinforcement. To illuminate the chalkboard above it, two luminaires are fixed. Lamps above the board and each row of lamps on the ceiling have their own separate switch. All switches are mounted in a separate unit and installed at the entrance door. Airing cabinets is carried out through window transoms according to the schedule for ventilation of the cabinet, the duration of which depends on the temperature of the outside air (see annex 1). All rooms are equipped with forced ventilation. The planning of the offices and their parameters, as well as a large number of colors, create a favorable microclimate and provide the necessary conditions for the effective work of the teacher and students. In the study, pupils from grades 7 to 11 are trained.
