Travelling is very popular nowadays. A lot of people travel to different countries if they have such opportunity. Travelling allows you to get

 interesting experience, learn about people's life in other countries. While on travel, you meet new people, try different meals; see world famous places with your own eyes.

 There are many ways of traveling-by train, by plane, by ship, on foot.

  People who travel a lot, are very interesting, they always have a good story to tell. If people get lost in the city the can find a way on the internet too, I think travelling allows people to Goin wonderful and unique experience.

8. Passport and Visa Applications

A passport is an official document proving a person's identity.  vica document issued by a foreign government for travel to their territory.  visa document is checked when crossing the border, boarding the plane, registering in

   hotel and other cases where it is necessary to confirm the identity of a person.

    Documents for obtaining a foreign passport are needed: passport ;Birth certificate if there is a child; Marriage certificate / if you are married; Certificate of good conduct;Certificate from the place of residence / work;

6. National cuisine.   Kyrgyz national cuisine is an amazing combination of dishes from various Central Asian peoples. A distinctive feature of Kyrgyz dishes is that they

20. Types of Reservation system.

    Guaranteed Booking - booking under credit card guarantee or leaving an advance payment so the guest guarantees himself. In case of non-appearance of the guest, the hotel cancels the reservation after 1 day without penalty, after the day, a fee for the day is taken.

    Non-guaranteed booking - do not leave advance payment. the guest's hotel may wait until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of non-arrival of the Guest before the specified time, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel this reservation, thereby refusing the Guest.

   Overbooking - booking rooms even if there are no word rooms available at the hotel.

18. Dealing with Customer Complaints.

When accepting an oral complaint, you must: 1. Thank the client, give the opportunity to speak,   to him without interrupting listen. 2. Explain why you are grateful. 3. 4. Checking-out. 17.Chek-in.

Toguz Korgool- The Kyrgyz don’t only have horse games and games that demonstrate strength. One of their favorite hobbies is the toguz korgool, a sort of mancala, a board game very popular throughout Asia.

7. Food and Beverage Service.

 The Food and Beverage Service (restaurant and bar catering service) is responsible for providing the most important accommodation-related

 caters for special events (banquets, conferences, seminars, negotiations) taking place in the hotel.

5.
