        The culture of spiritual life is an active factor of a person’s moral activity. The wisdom of the soul and a root of the spiritual education of the individual are rooted in it. To begin with the depth of human existence, the immensity of its moral and social relations are comprehended. The words of the great thinker – poet of the Kazakh people Abai sound soulfully: “Only by knowledge is a person alive, only by knowledge is the century moving! Don’t say, “I can’t,” strive for knowledge with your soul.”

        Oral folk art is the main and predominate source of spiritual knowledge of Kazakh nomads. It, as a layer of the spiritual culture of the people, was formed by the collective efforts of many generations over the centuries. The people were the creator of oral creativity and the environment that preserved national folklore traditions. In my opinion the people kept all their knowledge, intelligence, and life experience in their immortal source of linguistic traditions and historical knowledge. The vocabulary of the Kazakh language is very rich. And it is, according to experts, about 164 thousand words, which is much more than the Russian language.

        An addition the native language is characterized by the expression of a special life and a special way of thinking. It carries invisible imprints of long – forgotten fillings and events. Through the native, a sense of patriotism and nationalism, love for their country and culture is formed. Purposeful weakening of the role of the national language is a direct path to spiritual degradation, to stereotypical monotony, to belittling the dignity of an independent state. Furthermore, the oral – poetic, artistic creativity of the people is distinguished by the fact that it comprehends folk traditions, customs, rituals, views, beliefs, sayings and proverbs, music, art, choreography in their entirety. The organs of the native language and the bearers of the folk spirit are poets, zhyrau, singers and musicians. Each settlement had its own improvisers of this kind. They regularly sang the spirit of the people, created an image of the “world”, people and themselves. Openly, publicly competed with each other. The improvisers of the nomads were distinguished by the gift of speech, oratorical ability and musical talent. Hence the rich vocabulary of Kazakhs, the power of awareness of the spirit and experience.

        I believe that the use of the foundations of the Kazakh spiritual culture, the identification of its richest possibilities allows us to solve urgent problems of our time, the formation of national consciousness and the use of the spiritual heritage of our ancestors to unite representatives of different nationalities of the country.

        To summarize the younger generation should appreciate the merits of our people and continue the history. If there were no past, there would be no present and no future. We must make Kazakhstan even more powerful. It is in our hands. For this purpose, the “Cultural Heritage” program has been created, it provides for the collection of works of national thought, culture, republication for the study of the younger generation. We must always remember our roots, which we can proud of!
