Rosbank - organizational structure.
I am going to present to you the organizational structure of Rosbank (PJSC), which is one of the largest banks in Russia. It is consistently developing the universal business model and offers a variety of banking services via the wide network of branches. The bank strives to build long-term relationships with customers, to be their reliable “first choice” bank with a high level of service, combining the best practices of Russian players and the experience of an international group.
This organization chart reflects the simplified organizational structure of Rosbank and shows the chain of commAnd between the existing management levels. All employees have a clear idea of who reports to whom and who is in charge of what area.
The bank has a functional organizational structure. At the top of the hierarchy is the Board of Directors headed by the Chairperson. They are in charge of the most important decisions for Rosbank. They have appointed the Chief Executive Officer, who has the overall responsibility for the running of the bank and concentrates on overseeing the entire business, developing and maintaining relationships with correspondent banks and key customers, and developing an overall growth strategy.
Rosbank has many departments, such as the Developing and Marketing Department, Human Resources Department, Department of Credit and Deposit Operations and others. Each department has its own Vice-President, who reports to the Chief Executive Officer on the current state of affairs in the Department, which they control.
Departments are divided into several Sections, headed by Directors, who are subordinates of Vice-Presidents (подчиненные). Each Section has many ordinary managers and a huge number of employees. There is a clear line of communication between the management levels – top, middle and junior management. Lower level individuals have no authority to make important decisions, and have to pass on responsibility to their immediate manager. These employees are efficient at performing their job responsibilities, because they focus on one area of work and, therefore, are skilled in the tasks they do. Crucial decisions are made by the top managers of the bank and communicated to the employees of the relevant section.
Thus, the organizational structure of Rosbank reflects the main Departments and Sections of the company and the chain of commAnd between the existing management levels.
That's all I wanted to say. Thank you for your attention!
