Personal self-development in the context of global education: the transformation of values and identity

Abstract

The article discusses the issues of pedagogical support for personal self-development and the problems of human self-development, acting as one of the leading trends in improving education and training in context of globalization of the modern world and modern educati. It considers the limitations and opportunities (pedagogical resources) of additional and global education in the field of personal self-development and implementation of pedagogical ideas of Russian and foreign scie. Global education is a complex idea that helps a person better understand the world. Thanks to global education, a person can comprehend the problems of relations between peoples and other social groups, the problems of war an migration, the problems of corruption and social justice, the problems of poverty and homelessness, the bi al and biotechnological problems of mankind, problems of ecology and culture, science and art, the problems of gender relations and generations, career and professional issues, science and education, other global aspects. He can comprehend them in the context of international representations. In addition, he can touch the “timeless” Vedic knowledge of his ancestors about the unity universe, its laws, etc. This can be done both through contact with the Vedic sources and texts proper, and in the context of understanding the ideas of modern cosmic scientists. Global (as Vedic) education is able to transform way people understand themselves and the world, it helps them (trans) to shape themselves and the world in thharmonious, authentic and congruent way. This will naturally manifest itself in the transformation of values and identities of pupils and students facilitate the proactive participation of people and their mutual learning and upbringing in the process of solving  significant problems  for their  community and  the context of the evolution of humankind, preventing and blocking involutionary processes. As one of the major developments in enhancing education and training in the context of the current world's globalization and modern education, the article analyzes the challenges of pedagogical support for individual self-development and the problems of human self-development. It considers the confinements and openings (academic assets) of extra and worldwide instruction within the field of individual self-development and usage of academic thoughts of Russian and outside scie. A multifaceted concept that aids in world understanding is global education. A person can understand issues with relationships between people and other social groups, with war and migration, with corruption and social justice, with issues of war an movement, with issues of debasement and social equity, with issues of destitution and vagrancy, with bi al and biotechnological issues of mankind, with issues of environment and culture, science and craftsmanship, with issues of sex relations and eras, career and proficient issues, science and instruction, other worldwide perspectives thanks to global education. In the framework of international representations, he can understand them. Additionally, he has access to his ancestors' "timeless" Vedic knowledge of the unified universe, its rules, etc. This will be done both through contact with the Vedic sources and writings legitimate, and within the setting of understanding the thoughts of advanced enormous researchers. Global education, like Vedic education, has the power to change how individuals perceive themselves and the world. It enables them to shape themselves and the world in a congruent, genuine, and harmonious manner. This will actually show itself within the change of values and characters of understudies and understudies encourage the proactive support of individuals and their mutual learning and childhood within the handle of fathoming critical issues for their community and the setting of the advancement of mankind, avoiding and blocking involutionary forms.
