  Criminal law is the body of law that relates to crime. It proscribes conduct perceived as threatening, harmful, or otherwise endangering to the property, health, safety, and moral welfare of people inclusive of one's self.  

    Most criminal law is established by statute, which is to say that the laws are enacted by a legislature. Criminal law includes the punishment and rehabilitation of people who violate such laws.

   Criminal law varies according to jurisdiction, and differs from civil law, where emphasis is more on dispute resolution and victim compensation, rather than on punishment or rehabilitation.

  Criminal procedure is a formalized official activity that authenticates the fact of commission of a crime and authorizes punitive or rehabilitative treatment of the offender.

1.Money was stolen from a branch of Kaspi Bank in Almaty. The robbery took place on October 15 at about 19:00 in a building on Seifullin Avenue. This building houses a branch of Kaspi Bank.

2.Kaspi.kz fixes technical glitch in the application

 On October 28, a technical glitch occurred in the Kaspi.kz application.  As a result of a crash, the application incorrectly displays funds on customer accounts.  Unfortunately, card payments, withdrawals and replenishments at ATMs, payments and transfers are also temporarily unavailable.

 The company is working to fix everything as quickly as possible.

 Fake mailings appeared on social networks and messengers that this was an alleged cyberattack.

 The bank officially announced that there were no cyberattacks, customers' money is safe and after the failure is eliminated, it will be correctly displayed in the application.
