Abstract: The article investigates comparative analysis of short stories of two authors such as Jack London and Abdulla Kahhar, who are considered as masters of short story genre who contributed rise of the genre in their national literatures. Comparative analysis of fiction between different national literatures contributes tracing influences and development of national literature or even more identifying unique features and identities of certain literature. Being limited in time and content capacity short story writing sets its own requirements in structure, composition and language that demands deep artistic mastery. Chosen authors Jack London and Abdulla Kahhar completely appropriate those requests.

Introduction

Comparison of fiction works in the fiction has been a controversial topic in literature. There are various writing styles It mainly, is stipulated by various factors such as: personal biographic events, influences during collaboration, genre features or even more linguistic phenomena. Hence, there appears problem to compare appropriate fiction or writer coinciding above mentioned factors. In this research we chose two authors Jack London and Abdulla Kahhar who are considered most outstanding writers of short story genre.

In this content comparison of literary works of concrete author stands an important role. In most of cases comparing fictional texts are explored by a special literary device termed “writing style” Writing style in literature refers to the attributes in an author's writing which help us to distinguish one person's writings from another's. This writing style is what makes a writer authentic, original, and differing from other writers. It is what readers hear when they read the short story. The writer's voice is their “public persona,” which is revealed on the page. Consequently, it can be a good and appropriate point in comparing features of fiction not only different authors but also national literature.
