Mysterious disappearance

In 1861, the ship "Amazon" was built. But Amazon is out of luck

from start. She was badly damaged on her maiden voyage in 1862 and was soon

after a fire broke out on board.

Amazon was finally sold and its name was changed to Mary.

Celeste.

Many sailors did not want to sail on a ship because they thought it would

no luck and therefore it was very difficult to find a crew. Finally there were enough sailors.

It turned out that the crew consisted of seven people. The new captain of the Mary Celeste is

Benjamin Briggs, 37, is an experienced seaman.

On the morning of November 5, 1872, the Mary Celeste left New York.

The weather that day was ideal for sailing. On board the ship were

Captain Briggs, his wife Sarah, their two-year-old daughter Sophia and crew

seven men.

The ship's destination was Genoa, Italy. Captain Briggs' log shows

that the first fifteen days of the voyage were calm, and the wind and weather

were good.

But as soon as the ship approached the Azores, the weather suddenly changed.

Captain Briggs wrote in his logbook that there was a storm with strong winds.

Hours passed, the wind grew stronger, and the weather improved.

When Captain Morehouse's men boarded the Mary Celeste on December 4th,

Investigation

studied it carefully

Both British and American authorities investigated the mystery, but

after two years of investigation, no one could find a logical explanation.

Newspapers all over the world began to write about the ghost ship. People

Nostradamus was born in France in 1503. He initially worked as a physician and began practicing medicine in the 1530s, although he had no medical training. He began making prophecies around 1547 and published his prophecies in a book called Centuries (1555). He wrote his prophecies in quatrains: Nostradamus gained fame during his lifetime, when some of his predictions seemed to come true.

Nostradamus' predictions tended to concern events of a general nature, such as natural disasters and conflict-related events, which tend to occur regularly over time. Some people believe that his prophecies predicted real events such as the death of Henry II, the French Revolution, the rise of Napoleon, the rise of Adolf Hitler, and the September 11 attacks. Others argue that since his prophecies tend to concern general types of events that occur frequently throughout history,
