Interviewing is one of the most common methods of personnel selection and
evaluation. Despite the external simplicity of the process, this is one of the most
time-consuming processes that requires mandatory training of the employee who
conducts it. But also an interview is an important stage in any hiring process, which
is indispensable, so it is also one of the most important events in the life of every
employee. The interview allows the employer to get a more complete picture of the
candidate, evaluate his professional qualities and determine whether his personality
and competence meet the requirements of the company. For the candidate, in turn,
the interview is an opportunity to demonstrate their skills and determines their future
career. This event affects the mood and psychology of the candidate for several days.
However, before proceeding to the interview itself, candidates must submit their
CVs, which will allow them to pre-evaluate their qualifications and work experience.
A CV is the first thing an employer will see before inviting a candidate for an

experience of the candidate. This will make it easier to understand the course of the
interview.

are applying for. You need to know the company well, its type of activity and
requirements for applicants. The main purpose of the CV is to inform the company
about the applicant, as well as to create a positive impression.
A CV should be written in an application form, a written document that is
essentially a marketing tool to sell your personality and skills. It should be well
structured, with clear and logical content, with a picturesque and creative description
of the skills and achievements associated with the relevant position.
Past work experience is one of the most important aspects in a CV. It is
necessary to give clear and concrete achievements that will help show a direct link
between the experience and the position that the applicant is applying for. It is very
important not to use language that is not directly related to the position the candidate
is applying for.
Knowing and using keywords is another important aspect of an applicant's CV
in order to understand the company and its requirements. This will help to
distinguish the CV from the mass of other candidates, and show that the applicant
has valuable skills.
Thus, in my opinion, structuring the above, it is possible to identify some key
elements of the CV:
1) Brief description of professional experience: In this section, the
candidate must provide a list of previous jobs in reverse chronological order,
