In our country graffiti is not as widespread as, for example, in European cities, but it is also present in our lives. I have seen graffiti not only in Minsk, but also in other Belarusian cities. And it is quite beautiful and impressive. There is no graffiti near my house and I do not know whether it is good or not. Because graffiti can be sponsored and it can be breathtaking and attractive, or it can be ugly and offensive. Most often such graffiti is illegal. I believe that graffiti will make our city better. Minsk will be brighter and more beautiful. Not so boring and grey as it is now.

But as I have already mentioned it should not offend people and should appeal to them and be approved by the state. I believe that in most cases graffiti is a kind of vandalism, especially tags and ugly drawings on the walls of many buildings, that young people who like to tag everything around only spoil someone's property and cause damage to the city. No doubt many young people do it only for their entertainment and fun and very often don't think about the consequences. In our country, graffiti is illegal and if you do it, you have to pay a fine or go to prison. To avoid problems with graffiti, for example, they could create a large space where graffiti can be done. Personally, I feel that there should be more places where graffiti should be allowed, which will give people a chance to appreciate it as a form of street art and to understand it better.

I have never done graffiti in my life and I won't do it in the future. For me, it's not interesting and I am just not good at drawing. There's also the fear of getting caught and I don't like the feeling of doing something illegal. I'm sure I'd probably never take part in street exhibitions, but if it were compulsory I'd do graffiti on ecology or charity.
