Lexics: words and word combinations of the theme

2.Aims: didactic aims:
- Cognitive component:
1. to form students’ knowledge on mastering word-terms from the text.
2. to form students’ knowledge on using Passive voice.
- Practical component:
1. to form students’ skills on listening (audition) and translating a text with a help or without help of dictionary
2. to form students’ skills on extracting necessary information from the text, summarizing and rendering it for communication
- Communicative component:
1. to form listening (audition), reading, speaking skills
• Selfstudying component:
1. to form students’ habits on studying professional medicinal supplementary literature in informative sources
3. Urgency of the theme:
As D.I. Mendeleyev was the great Russian scientist who discovered the Periodic Table the students should know all about his biography and contribution to science.
4. Tasks of study:
1. to teash students to differentiate and form the sentences with passive voice.
2. to teach students to give a definition to the terms.
3. to develop students' skills on reading and translating and rendering the text by using new lexics and grammar.
4. to teach students to comment and to give their opinions in English on the given text ''D.I. Mendeleyev''
5. Basic thematic issues:

6. Methods of teaching:
